Didja miss me? >.>

I’ve kinda sorta been on an impromptu semi-SL vacation lately.  I wish I could say I was off doing something productive.  But, no.  Not even a little bit.

Getting back into it just emphasizes for me how strange and elastic SL-time is.  I’ve only been away a few weeks, but I feel soo behind.  Bear with me for a bit, as I probably am going  to be blogging stuff that everyone has already seen.

Edited to add:  Ack!  Well I’ve just found out that apparently Rotten Toe is closed for the time being, and scheduled to open back up September 10th.  I’ll update the SLurl when they reopen.  Sorry bout that. :(  You see?  I’m totally out of the loop.

The Miss Murder set from A-Bomb is an adorable little plaid number with tie, suspenders, stockings, and a flirty little skirt.  There is also a corset included, but I thought it looked cuter and showed off the suspenders better without it.

I was pleased to discover that the black & red plaid fingerless gloves from Sn@tch matched almost exactly.  (I love Ivey’s gloves because she includes fingernail polish on the same layer, so you don’t have to choose.)

Now if you’ll excuse me, I made and consumed a great portion of goat cheese and roasted red pepper pizza tonight, and now I have to go fall into a food coma.

I was whining to Acha the other day that I’ve felt rather blah and uninspired lately, hence the gap since my last post.  So she challenged me to put something together wearing a color I rarely wear.

Well… for me,  it doesn’t get much rarer than pink. :P

I must admit, I got a little carried away.  Dashing across the grid, tping to all of my favorite shops, eyes scanning for any flashes of pink. I think I’m only wearing about half of what I bought. :o

There was me, that is Grady, and my three droogs, that is Acha, Momo and Win,

and we sat in the Korova Milk bar trying to make up our rassoodocks what to do with the evening.

The Korova Milk Bar sold milkplus, milk plus vellocet or synthemesc or drencrom,

which is what we had been drinking.

This would sharpen you up and make you ready for a bit of the old ultra-fashion.

Our pockets were full of Lindens so there was no need on that score,

but, as they say, money isn’t everything.
